Weather Phrase of the Day: Alberta Clipper

So this “Alberta Clipper” was supposed to bring a light dusting of snow this morning. Evidence:

I think it was more of a medium dusting of snow. By afternoon, it had all melted. Matthew did stomp in some residual areas of snow, however.
